Geproduceerd naar traditionele recept waarbij de druiven urenlang worden gekookt boven open vuur, daarin ingelegd in vaten waarbij gecontroleerd de wijn vinegar wordt toegevoegd
Gold Balsamico Vinegar is the result of the longest period kegs made of different prized woods. Its slow acetic fermentation gives it the fragrance and colouring that qualifies it as Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar (the only Balsamic Vinegar produced exclusively with cooked must age more than 12 or 25 years). For this reason, the Gold series does not require the addition of any kind of preservatives or food colouring. It is the product of small batches of very high quality, produced entirely from a selection of organically grown, biodynamic grapes from the Guerzoni vineyards exclusively located in Modena province. The entire production chain is handled by the plant, carried out and controlled by the Guerzoni farm company
